Sale Day Information
FURTHER INFORMATION – Please contact any of the vendors of the sale or the selling agents Nutrien or SBB.
INSPECTIONS – Inspection of sale lots from 3pm Thursday 14th October with complementary refreshments.
CATERING – Join us for a gold coin donation breakfast from 8.30am sale morning, there will also be a complementary smoko lunch will be available from 11.30.
GUARANTEE – All bulls come with a vendor guarantee, an ACV Bull Soundness Evaluation will be conducted on all sale lots, and any claim against the breeding ability of an animal purchased should be discussed with the appropriate vendor and be accompanied by a veterinary Certificate within 6 months of the sale date.
HEALTH – Please refer to individual sale lots for vaccination details, a supplementary sheet will be available on the day of inspections and on sale day, all bulls will be EMA scanned and weighed at the showgrounds the morning of the 16th October. All bulls will be pre-treated for ticks for easy movement.
REGISTRATION STATUS – BullZeye Sale Bulls are offered under three classifications,
Registered Bulls (Has 2 Registered Parents)
Droughtmaster Herd Bulls (Has 1 Registered Parent)
Herd Bulls (Has no Registered Parents)
DELIVERY – Buyers are eligible for free delivery of their purchases direct to the following saleyards (Only): Gracemere saleyards, Springsure showgrounds, Alpha, Clermont, Emerald, Moura, Rolleston and Dingo campdraft yards. Assistance with delivery to other centres will be considered please contact the vendors prior to the sale or talk with a Nutrien or SBB agent.
ONLINE BIDDING – We have online bidding available through Elite Livestock Auctions. Please ensure that you register with Elite prior to sale day in order to be able to bid through this platform. Further information can be found on our Agents page.

BID CARD REGISTRATION – The sale will be conducted using a bid card system. Please register prior to the commencement of the sale with the selling agent.
OUTSIDE AGENTS REBATES – A 5% rebate will be paid to outside agents introducing clients. Agents must nominate their clients in writing to landmark a minimum of 48 hours prior to the commencement of the sale.
To be eligible for this rebate the Agent must be present at the time of the Sale and sign the buyer’s instruction sheet along with the buyer. They must also complete the Outside Agent Rebate Claim Form in full, and return to the Landmark no more than two (2) working days after the sale. Click here to download 'claim form'.
INSURANCE – Our Sale Selling Agent will handle your insurance requirements on the lots you buy from the “fall of the hammer” at a most competitive premium. Your insurance requirements can be confirmed when you complete and hand in your Buyer’s Instruction Sheet.
BUYER INSTRUCTION SHEET – A buyer’s instruction sheet will be located at the back of the catalogue and must be completed in full, including buyers pic number and contact details.
